STUDIO B x Jojo Newman

Jojo Newman is an Australian Adult Ballerina and Ballet Teacher, creator of the Adult Ballet Collective. In this 3 hours workshop, Jojo choreographs a dance based on the Willis of the Repertoire Ballet Giselle. This lesson includes:

30 minute ballet conditioning
45 minute classical ballet barre
15 minute snack break
60 minute variation - Giselle Willis
30 minute stretch & recovery

Students will also get access to the written choreography!
